Our company covers an area of 160, 000 square meters and has a building area of 83, 000 square meters. The annual production capacity of tractor is 20, 000 units. Our company′s main products are large-horsepower tractors. And products cover 8 series ranging from 50 to 300 horsepower. Among them, the MG2604 wheeled tractor has consistently ranked first in sales volume nationwide for many consecutive years. At present, JMD tractors had been sold well both in China and abroad, leading the domestic agricultural machinery industry.

Our company is equipped with modern automatic production equipment such as complete machine assembly line, fully automatic electrophoretic line, powder coating line, etc. The German Messer CNC cutting machine and the Swedish ABB robot laser cutting machine are both world-leading cutting equipment. The 800-ton hydraulic press and over 20 sets of precision molds ensure the processing accuracy and improve the quality and reliability of the products. The electroplating and powder coating line for the tractors, with cathodic electrophoretic process for coating the complete machine, enables the products to achieve "no color change for three years and no rust for five years" with high efficiency, low pollution and high utilization rate. The automatic tractor assembly line is at the forefront of the agricultural machinery industry in terms of automation, precision and efficiency. The 8 production lines put into use have significantly improved the process equipment level, greatly enhanced the level of automatic production, and also ensured the quality of the products.

Our company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, established an enterprise informatization application platform, and combined with intelligent software such as ERP, PLM, CRM, OMS, WMS, and mobile OA to implement lean production, optimize business processes, improve product quality, and enhance the core competitiveness of the products.
